Delivery to UK mainland is free for orders over £29.99. The delivery charge below this amount is £2.99.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands (including postcodes AB30, AB31, AB33, AB34, AB35, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53, AB54, PH15, PH16, PH17 and PH18) and Northern Ireland is free for orders under £29.99 and £10 per carton over this amount. Once your order has been received, we will contact you to arrange payment for the appropriate carriage charge. For heavier items, such as furniture, there may be an additional charge to certain areas, in this event we will contact you to discuss options.

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Where items are shipped directly from the supplier, this may take longer, but you will be contacted if this is the case.

Parcelforce will deliver your order between 8am and 6pm weekdays. In the unlikely event that the parcel arrives damaged, it is important that you sign "damaged". They will attempt to deliver twice. If no one is available to sign, they will leave a contact card for you to call and arrange a more convenient delivery date. If this card is not responded to, your order will be returned to The Baby Barn and a return carriage fee of £15 per carton will be deducted from your refund.
