Delivery to UK mainland is free for orders over £49.99. There is a £2.99 charge for orders below this amount.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands (including postcodes AB30, AB31, AB33, AB34, AB35, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53, AB54, PH15, PH16, PH17 and PH18) is £2.99 for orders below £29.99 and £10 per carton over this amount. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £9.99 for orders below £29.99 and £20 per carton over this amount. Once we have received your order we will contact you to arrange payment for the appropriate carriage charge. For heavier items, such as furniture, there may be an additional charge, but in this event we will contact you to discuss options.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Where items are shipped directly from the supplier, this may differ, but you will be contacted if this is the case.
Parcelforce will text you on the day of delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot. They will attempt to deliver twice. If no one is available to sign, they will leave a contact card for you to call and arrange a more convenient time. If the card is not responded to, your order will be returned to us and a return carriage fee of £10 per carton will be deducted from your refund.
Please check your delivery on arrival for any courier damage. In the unlikely event of any damage to the parcel, it is very important that you sign "Damaged" as we are not able to make a claim if you have signed that the delivery has arrived in good condition.
